アマゾンジャパン オペレーションズ部門では急速な事業拡大の中で、お客様の利便性を追求し"ほしい物がすぐ届くサービス"を実現してきました。そのサービスを支える重要なチームの1つExternal Fulfillment(EF)部門では、外部の物流パートナー(3PL)の協力のもと、自社の物流センター(FC: Fulfillment Center)にはない商材の取り扱いや急激な需要の変化にスピーディーに対応することで、セレクションの拡大とお客様の購買体験の向上に貢献しています。近年では、FCと同様のシステムや管理基準を3PLに導入することで、更なる生産性と品質の向上を実現しています。

Key job responsibilities
EF部門のProcess Engineer (以下PE)チームは、3PLが運営する物流センターでの入荷(Inbound)、出荷(Outbound)、品質管理(ICQA:Inventory Control and Quality Assurance)工程に対して、3PLと協業して最適なプロセス(工程)を設計し、新規立ち上げから立上げ後の改善を担います。
Amazon が持つノウハウ、標準プロセス、物流に関する知識をフル活用して、各拠点の生産性と品質の向上を目指します。外部の物流パートナーさまとの緊密なコミュニケーションを取り、これらの業務を遂行していきます。

具体的な業務内容としては、ビジネス要件と倉庫の図面などをもとに、マテハンやリソースの計画立案と実行をサポートします。また、ITチームと連携し、業務システムのコンフィグレーションやユーザーテストを行い、プロセスの完成をサポートします。立ち上げ後には、データ分析をもとに改善の実行を3PLと共に行っていきます。
ご入社後は、トレーニングを受け、いずれかの工程をテーマにOJTを通して専門性を磨き、その後他工程のPEも経験して頂きます。

About the team
■勤務形態:カレンダーフレックス勤務。
カレンダー通りの勤務で1日8時間労働のフレックスになります。
■勤務時間:1日8時間勤務、1ヶ月を平均して1週間40時間を超えない範囲で設定します。
■休日:年間120日(月10日間)
■日勤: ベースは9:00~18:00(フレックス勤務可)
※このポジションの所属勤務地は目黒オフィスです。
※新規物流センター起ち上げに伴い、国内出張での業務対応があります。
