職務概要

TBWA HAKUHODOの生成AIスペシャリストは、最新のAIテクノロジーを駆使して、

新しい映像表現・コンテンツ制作の地平を切り開くポジションです。

我々のミッション「この社会に、意味ある変化をつくりだす。」を具現化するため、

Disruptionの精神に基づき、AIによるコンテンツ生成の可能性を探求・実装・最適化していく専門職です。

具体的な職務内容

・映像、グラフィック領域における生成AIツール(画像生成・動画生成・音声・テキストなど)の企画、活用設計

・AIを活用した新しい表現、演出手法の開発とプロトタイピング

・映像、コンテンツ制作における生成AIの導入、技術選定、品質管理

・社内インハウス制作チームとの連携によるAIベースの制作フローの構築

・プロンプト設計、ワークフロー構築、ツールの選定およびベンチマーク

・社内クリエイターとのコラボレーションを通じたAI技術の社内展開と教育

・テクノロジー×アイデアの融合によるコンテンツIPやオリジナルプロジェクトの開発

・生成AI技術の動向、倫理、ガイドラインに関する最新情報の収集と反映

応募資格

・生成AI(画像/動画生成ツール、例:Stable Diffusion、Runway、Sora、Pika、Midjourney、D-IDなど)を業務、プロジェクトで活用した経験

・映像、ビジュアルコンテンツ制作に対する基礎的な理解(撮影、編集、CG、演出など)

・社内外のチームと連携し、生成AIを実務に組み込むことができるコミュニケーション力

・プロンプト設計やワークフロー開発の経験

・新技術に対して好奇心を持ち、自発的に学び、試し、進化させるマインドセット

・TBWA HAKUHODOのミッションおよびDisruptionの考え方への共感

歓迎要件

・空間演出、照明、音響、映像、XR、インタラクティブ演出に関する知見、経験

・大規模イベントや屋外アクティベーションの制作経験

・海外ブランド/クライアントとの英語を用いたプロジェクト進行経験

・サステナブルなイベント設計や、ユニバーサルデザイン等の配慮に関心がある方

・生成AIやリアルタイム演出ツール(TouchDesigner、Unreal Engine等)への興味・実践経験

・土日、早朝、深夜の現場立会に柔軟に対応できる方

求める人物像(人柄)

・Python、JavaScriptなどを用いたAIツールのカスタマイズ、実装経験

・映像制作ツール(After Effects、DaVinci Resolve、Unreal Engineなど)の使用経験

・モデルファインチューニングやLoRA、ControlNetなどの知識・活用経験

・複数の生成AIツールを横断的に活用し、合成・編集のワークフローを設計できる方

・倫理的、法的観点を含めた生成AI活用のルール策定やコンサルティング経験

・海外チームとの技術的なコラボレーション経験
