IT企業の人事戦略部で、労務・給与計算をお願いします。

1800名以上の大規模な従業員数を抱える組織です。

M&Aに伴うPMI(ポスト・マージ・インテグレーション)業務の一環として、規定の統合や条件の意見調整など、専門性を活かせるやりがいのある環境です。

・社会保険・雇用保険の加入の手続き

・勤怠集計、給与計算(当月末締め・当月25日払い)

・賃金改定や就業規則の見直し・改定

・吸収前企業との条件統合・就業規則の統合支援

・その他、付随する労務関連の事務全般
