HR MANAGER
■具体的な業務
・日本の人事チームの人事管理
・方向性を定め、方針を作成し、あらゆる人事問題について専門家のアドバイスを提供
・現地の労働法および規制に関連する法的遵守を維持する
・マネージャーと協力して、仕事上の関係を改善し、士気を高め、生産性と従業員のエンゲージメントを高める活動を推進
・労働関係方針および協定の管理
・人材戦略の実行においてビジネスリーダーと提携
・中途採用のための人材獲得チームをサポートする 面接、採用、新人研修を含む人材配置プロセスを管理
・外部の給与計算プロバイダーと連携して、現金報酬のタイムリーかつ正確な支払いを確保し、給与計算と福利厚生ベンダーの活動を監督
・経営陣が割り当てるその他の職務

・HR マネジメントのご経験がある方
・日本の会保障法、労働法、給与税法に精通している方
・大卒以上
・英語ビジネスレベル(社内コミュニケーション、資料作成での使用)

■年収・給与 General manager 1300万円程度 / Senior Manager 1200万円程度 / Manager 1100万円程度 ※賞与年1回

完全週休二日(土日) 祝日、年末年始、年次有給休暇(初年度最大16日支給、翌年以降は毎年16~20日支給)、慶弔休暇、配偶者出産休暇、免許更新休暇等
