■仕事概要
①市場競争力と社内公平性のある報酬制度の設計、実行、見直し
-報酬サーベイへ参加し、当該結果をもとに、競争力のある適切な報酬水準を設定する。(年1-2回)
-マーケット情報等に基づいた昇給予算策定
-HRBPやGlobal/zoneチームと連携しながらカリブレーションプロセス(評価確定~個別の昇給、賞与決定プロセス)をリードし、完遂
⁻報酬制度、カリブレーションプロセス等の社員への説明
②グローバルプログラム (福利厚生・働き方)とアラインした制度の企画、実施

■活かされるご経験 / 求められるご経験
・マイクロソフトオフィスのスキル、特にエクセル(if, vlookup, pivotは日常的に利用)
・給与改定に伴う実務経験(目安:2年以上)
・人事制度の企画・運営経験(目安:2年以上)
