About the location:

As a Cluster Senior Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and management of all reservation duties, including line staff supervision. You will develop the ability of your team members and foster a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with coworkers and all departments.
• Comply with and enforce Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Assist in other areas of the department as needed.
• Conduct standards testing, including call observation.
• Develop and mentor reservation staff for future advancement.
• Work quickly in a high-pressure environment and handle stress effectively.

Requirements:

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the Reservation department or previous experience in Rooms division or Sales & Marketing.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This position reports to the Cluster Director of Reservation and requires a strong understanding of reservation operations and team leadership skills.
