自社のライフサイエンス製品におけるPackaging Engineerとしてご活躍いただきます。
reportは韓国籍のマネージャーであり、このポジションがglobalチームの所属のため英語力を更に伸長、スキルを発揮していただくことができます。

Packaging Design - 主にアウトバウンド貨物のパッケージング(3次)に関して、様々なパッケージオプションのフィージビリティスタディとリスクアセスメントをサポートします。

Cold Chain - 2~8℃、-20℃、-70℃の海外向け貨物のコールドチェーンソリューションを開発します。

UN Box Compliance- アジア太平洋地域の国内出荷のための3次UNコンプライアンスパッケージを設計します。
調達・品質チームと緊密に連携し、現地ベンダーを開拓し、費用対効果の高い方法でソリューションの検証を成功させる。

Sustainabillity - APAC全域で、段ボール材料の消費削減、非EPSコールドチェーンソリューション、空域の削減など、持続可能なパッケージングイニシアチブを主導します。

Validation - アジア太平洋地域のローカルおよび標準に準拠したバリデーション標準を開発します。

Documentation - 図面、バリデーション、SOPを含むパッケージングドキュメントが最新で品質基準に適合していることを確認する。

・現状はプラスティックで対応している包装もあり、環境問題の観点(サステナビリティ)どこまで資材を減らせるかと言う取り組みにも注力していく。
Packaging Design – Support feasibility studies and risk assessment for various package options primarily on outbound shipment packaging (tertiary).
Cold Chain Develop cold chain solutions for 2-8C, -20C, and -70C outbound shipments.
UN Box Compliance – Design tertiary UN compliant packaging for local domestic shipments across Asia Pacific. Collaborate closely with procuremt and quality teams to develop local vendors and successfully validate solutions in a cost effective manner.
Sustainabillity – Lead sustainable packaging initiatives across APAC ranging from corrugated material consumption reduction, non-EPS cold chain solutions, and air-space reduction.
Validation – Develop validation standards for Asia Pacific complying with local and standards.
Documentation - Ensure packaging documentation including drawings, validation, and SOP's are up to date and compliant to quality standards.

requirements
BS degree in a scientific, technical, or management – Engineering a plus
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in packaging engineering
Strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical customer expectations of Life Science suppliers a plus
Knowledge of QMS and cGMP.
Knowledge and understanding of packaging validation standards (ISO, ASTM, etc)
