【職務概要】

SIer・ITベンダーで培った上流工程および顧客折衝経験を活かし、クライアントの業務・IT両面の課題を構造的に整理し、AI・SaaS等を用いた変革を構想から実行まで一貫してリードするポジションです。

【職務詳細】

・クライアント(主に企業の経営層、事業部門、情報システム部門)へのヒアリングを通じた業務課題、経営課題の抽出

・現行業務フロー、既存システム構成、データ活用状況の整理および課題の構造化

・BPR観点での業務プロセス再設計および改善方針の策定

・クラウドサービス、SaaS、AI活用を前提としたシステム全体像の設計

・改善施策に関する提案書、報告資料の作成およびクライアントへの説明・プレゼンテーション

・クライアントとの合意形成を踏まえたプロジェクト計画の策定および推進

・プロジェクト進行中に発生する課題、リスクの整理と対応方針の検討

・アソシエイトメンバーへのタスク指示、進捗管理、成果物レビュー

・関係部門や外部パートナーとの連携、調整業務

・定例ミーティングや報告会を通じたプロジェクト全体の品質・進捗管理

・SIer・ITベンダー・事業会社のIT部門などでの業務経験

・要件定義や業務設計、顧客折衝などの上流工程経験

・業務改善・システム最適化における提案・実行経験

・チームを巻き込みながら成果に向けて推進できる実行力

【尚可】

・BPRやPMO、SaaS・クラウド導入プロジェクト経験

・クライアントとの合意形成・課題抽出・提案の実務経験

・インフラ産業(製造・通信・エネルギーなど)の知見

【給与】

年収:750万~1100万程度

月給制:月額630000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回、別途インセンティブ制度あり

昇給:年2回

【勤務地】

東京都渋谷区渋谷2-21-1 渋谷ヒカリエ33F※プロジェクトによってはクライアント先に常駐の可能性あり

JR各線「渋谷」駅から徒歩3分

勤務地変更の範囲:取引先(案件先)の勤務地により異なる
