営業部門の成約した内容を営業部門の要請により据付工事の施工を行います。
技術職では、安全衛生基本理念や安全衛生規程に基づき、お客様が満足する工事の設計と施工を行うのが役割となります。

同社は空調のプロとして住宅や店舗はもちろん、オフィス、工場等のあらゆる空調ニーズに対し、エアコンやエコキュートを始めとした多岐に渡る省エネ機器・快適環境システム全般を販売しています。また、東芝エレベータ株式会社の全国中核代理店として1968年より取引を開始。エレベーター・エスカレーターを販売。また、IHIの全国代理店として、油圧式駐車場、エレベータパーキング、タワーパーキング、地下式駐車場、自走式駐車場等を販売しています。
