Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of motor control technology? We are looking for a dedicated Drive AI Expert to innovate in the field of high-performance servo drives.
Key Responsibilities:
Code Development & Maintenance:
Develop and maintain advanced motor control code, design software frameworks (CBB), and create robust technical documentation.
Servo Control R&D:
Drive servo technology from theoretical design and simulation (MATLAB/Simulink) to final productization, continuously enhancing algorithmic performance.
Field Issue Resolution:
Take ownership of critical performance issues in market applications, leading to effective and timely solutions.
We are looking for someone with:
A Master's degree in Power Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics (graduated within the last 6 years).
Deep expertise in motor drive & control theory, including PMSM and Asynchronous motor control algorithms.
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for simulation and modeling of motor control strategies and electromechanical systems.
Extensive experience in embedded C programming on DSP/ARM platforms.
A fast-learning, resilient, and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in developing/maintaining motor control algorithms for drives.
Familiarity with version control (SVN/GIT) and engineering process improvement.
Challenge to Solve:
Tackle complex issues like inaccurate rotor dynamics simulation for ultra-high-speed motors (>50,000 RPM), which can lead to excessive vibration, and contribute to groundbreaking solutions.
