    • ポジション概要 :

    当社のチームに加わり、戦略的調整、プリセールス活動、ソリューションの提供、パイプラインの生成を含む幅広い責任を担う、ダイナミックで経験豊富な顧客アドバイザリー・テクニカル・アーキテクトを募集しています。テクニカル・アーキテクトは、技術戦略を設定し、さまざまなSASプラットフォームおよびソリューション製品全体でビジネスの成長を推進する上で重要な役割を果たします。

    仕事内容 :

  • CloudテクノロジーおよびSAS製品テクノロジーを専門とし、依存するテクノロジーの知識を持つテクニカル・アーキテクトとして、複雑なソリューション・アーキテクチャの設計と実装を担当していただきます。
  • 設計プロセスに積極的に参加し、技術的概念をSASアプリケーションとユーザーのニーズに変換し、進行中のサービスプロジェクトの技術的進捗を監督することが含まれます。
  • 基盤となるCloudテクノロジーとSASテクノロジーに関し、特定の技術的課題の解決に貢献していただきます。さらに、SASソフトウェアの販売収益機会を最大化し、最高レベルの顧客満足度を確保するための技術的な視点からの営業活動で営業チームを支援するという重要な役割も担っていただきます。
  • 販売前の概念実証/価値実証の技術リーダーとして、POC/V の目標と実装の重要な成功要因を定義・実行をリードいただきます。

    • 主な責務と評価基準 :

  • 新たな収益への貢献 :あなたの努力は、あなたが創出する新しいビジネスチャンスから生み出される収益によって定量化されます。
  • パイプラインの生成と進捗 :新しいセールス機会を特定して開発し、それらをセールスパイプラインに進捗させることに焦点を当てます。
  • パイプラインカバレッジ :割り当てられSAS製品のセールスパイプラインが適切にターゲットをカバーしていることを確認します。
  • 総パイプラインへの個人の貢献度 :直接影響を与えるセールス機会の全体的な量と質で評価されます。
  • パイプライン品質(テリトリー/地域/ドメインカバレッジ) :関連するすべてのテリトリー、業種、およびソリューションドメインでカバレッジを確保することにより、高水準のパイプライン品質を維持する必要があります。
  • 生産性 :パフォーマンスは、時間とリソースを効果的に管理して結果を生み出す能力に基づいて評価されます。

    • 求められるスキルと経験:

  • 技術的な業界標準と方法論に関する専門知識、複雑なソリューション・アーキテクチャの設計と実装に関する優れたスキル、組織のエコシステム内の他のテクノロジーおよびシステムとSASソリューションを統合するための経験と知識、データ管理プロセスの知識とクラウド コンピューティング プラットフォームに関する経験と知識。
  • 技術的概念を技術的利害関係者と非技術的利害関係者の両方に効果的に伝えるための強力なコミュニケーションスキル、ソリューション実装における複雑な課題に対処するための分析および問題解決スキル、プロジェクトの技術的側面を監督し、協力するためのリーダーシップスキル。
  • 部門横断的なチームと技術的な営業活動で営業チームを支援し、収益の創出と顧客満足度に貢献する能力。
  • 英語での書面および口頭によるコミュニケーション能力に熟練していること。
  • 部門を超えたチームと効果的に協力できる、優れた対人スキルとリーダーシップ・スキル。
  • 必要に応じてクライアントや関係者と会うために (安全な場合に) 出張できること。
