本ポジションでは、SaaS業界へのデジタルセールス職専門転職支援サービス「マーキャリNEXT CAREER」の
キャリアアドバイザー兼採用コンサルタントをお任せします。
スカウトチーム新設の為、立ち上げメンバーとして意欲高くご一緒できる方お待ちしています。
【業務内容詳細】
- 求職者様向けの転職支援(毎月20~30名の新規求職者対応)・初回面談:電話・Webで面談
・求人紹介:求職者様へ求人を提案
・選考対策:書類の添削や面接対策
・サポート:面接フォローや入社までサポート
企業様向けの採用支援・募集要件に合う人材のご紹介
・面接の調整や入社までのサポート事業の立ち上げ、推進に関わる非定型業務事業はまだ立ち上げフェーズで組織課題にも直面しており、その解決に向けてチーム全体で取り組んでいます。
・顧客、市場理解に関わる勉強会の実施
・月1回の事業改善に関わるディスカッションとアクションプラン策定等- 服装
