仕事内容:

ウィルオブ・ワークの正社員として取引先の自動車部品工場にて勤務いただきます。

▼配属先での業務内容

自動車に使用されるギアやエンジンパーツを製造しています。

NC旋盤の機械オペレーター業務をお任せします。

・自動車部品を加工機にセット

・機械操作し、目視で作動確認チェック

・加工した部品を測定器で測定 (ノギス、マイクロメーター、デジマチックインジケータ使用)

・完成品の箱詰め

配属後は残業無しからスタートいただき、習熟度に応じて残業が発生いたします。

求める人材:

・意欲重視

・外気温と同じ作業環境が問題ない方

・切削加工(旋盤機械オペレーター等)の実務経験1年以上

勤務時間・曜日:

2交替※1週間毎の交替制※生産状況によっては4勤2休になる可能性がございます:08:00:00~17:00:00/17:00:00~02:00:00

【昇給制度】年2回(評価制度による。年間0~¥10,000。別途管理者手当等)

【賞与】原則年額1か月相当(6月、12月支給。入社6か月以内の方については業績に応じる。)
