仕事内容:

プラスチック製品の塗装マシンオペレーター・検査スタッフ募集(未経験歓迎)

自動車部品や家電製品などに使用されるプラスチック製品の塗装工程を担当していただきます。

マシン操作や材料供給、検査業務を通してモノづくりの現場を支えるお仕事です。

具体的な作業内容

①塗装マシンオペレーター

・製品を自動塗装機にセットし、スイッチ操作で塗装を行います。

・塗装条件(色、温度、乾燥時間など)はマニュアル化されており、未経験でも安心。

・作業後は塗装機や周辺機器の簡単な清掃・点検も行います。

②材料の供給作業

・塗料やプラスチック部材を各工程へ補充・運搬。

・重量物は台車やリフトを使用するため、体への負担は少なめです。

③検査業務(目視・設備検査)

・塗装後の製品にキズ・ムラ・異物混入がないかを確認。

・一部は自動検査装置によるチェックもあり、検査データを記録します。

未経験歓迎:教育体制が整っており、先輩スタッフが丁寧にサポート。

軽作業中心:塗装機の操作がメインで、体への負担が少なめ。
