- セキュリティ、可観測性、クロスキャンペーン/プログラムの包括的なポートフォリオを企画・主導し、見込み顧客から既存顧客への転換やクロスセル/アップセル機会の創出を目指します。
- Splunk JapanのビジネスおよびGo-to-Market(市場進出)戦略と成果を結びつけ、エンドツーエンドのキャンペーン・プログラムの定義、実装、測定、実行を行います。具体例:見込み顧客の購買プロセスに合わせたパーソナライズされたナーチャー(育成)メールやウェビナー/ワークショップの実施
- キャンペーンやデジタル(コンテンツシンジケーション、SNS、Web、検索など)、フィールドイベントで活用するコンテンツのローカライズおよび開発
- 日本、APJC、グローバルのデジタル、キャンペーン、マーケティングオペレーション、グローバルデマンドセンターチームと連携し:
- 過去実績や予測に基づくキャンペーン/プログラムの目標と重要指標の設定、実際のパフォーマンスや収益への影響分析
- マルチチャネル施策の整合性確保とビジネスゴールにづくキャンペーン/プログラム計画の策定

Minimum Qualifications
- エンタープライズソフトウェアまたはSaaSサービスのデマンドジェネレーションプログラムのリード経験:5〜8年
- 英語での読み書き・会話が堪能であること
- Salesforce、Marketo、Tableau、Workfront等のシステムを使ったデマンドジェネレーションプログラムの実行・効果測定経験

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, results-oriented Marketing Manager, Japan Campaigns, to lead and execute in the development and execution of Japan marketing campaigns and programs. You will be part of a team that plays an important marketing role in the growth of Splunk Japan.
You embrace creative approaches and have good experience in planning and implementing compelling campaigns and programs that combine various marketing channels, specific to personas in prospect and customer accounts. You're a big ideas and results-oriented person with an understanding of data-driven marketing and have past work experience in B2B/enterprise software/SaaS companies.
Reporting to the Director, APJC Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Japan Campaigns, is based in the Splunk's Japan office.
Role
- Develop and lead a comprehensive portfolio of security, observability and cross campaigns/programs that are designed to nurture, engage and convert our prospects into customers as well as increase cross/up sell opportunities for our existing customers.
- Connect Splunk Japan's business and go-to-market priorities and outcomes by defining, instrumenting, measuring and executing end-to-end campaigns and programs. The activities include examples such as:
- customized nurture emails and webinar/workshops in the buyers' journey.
- content localisation and development for shared use across campaigns, digital (content syndication, social, web, search etc) and field physical events.
- Partner with Japan, APJC and global digital, campaigns, marketing operations, global demand center teams to
- Establish goals and critical metrics for campaigns and programs based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact.
- align multi-channel execution and shape marketing campaign and program plan aligned to business goals.
- participate in market segmentation and go-to-market planning discussions to help
- define prospects and customers with high engagement and revenue potential.
- Find relevant target prospect and customer accounts using various lead generation tools and B2B databases and engage with the audiences effectively in the campaigns and programs.
- Test new tools to innovate and scale programs, with an emphasis on integrated Marketing.
- Run the campaign/program calendar and email cadence to ensure optimal engagement.
- Be a 'go-to' marketing contact for the Japan BDR and SDR teams to facilitate campaign/program follow-up.
- Responsible for tracking the funnel performance and overall campaign optimization. Constantly review data to optimize campaign/program effectiveness and drive discussions with marketing and demand generation teams on ways to improve on existing results and exceed targets.
- Actively identify gaps in reporting and drive optimization to better measure performance and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with global and regional APJC campaign teams to align with corporate initiatives and extend and share campaign deliverables and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience leading and running demand generation programs for enterprise software and/or SaaS services.
- Proficient in English language - reading, writing and conversational areas.
- Experience working with systems (or equivalent) such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau and Workfront to execute demand generation programs and measure their effectiveness.
- Extensive experience working with global, regional, and country cross-functional marketing teams, and acting as key point of contact for Japan Marketing Campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data for actionable insights and intelligence.
- Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent education/experience.
- A good track record of marketing campaign management and execution success in Japan and being able to demonstrate quantifiable results.
