急な体調不良や行事でも休みやすいんですよね

・12:00~14:00までの日勤のみ♪

・長期休暇ももちろんあり

→年末年始(12/31~1/4)、GW2日間、お盆休み4日間

・Yシャツ以外はクリーニング5割オフの社割あり♪

<店舗スタッフインタビュー>

浦野さん:入社5年半

異業種から未経験で入社しました。続けて来れたのは同じ職場のパートさん達や常連のお客様のおかげです。体調を崩して少し長い期間、お休みしていた時があり、復帰した時に「浦ちゃん待ってたよ〜」であったりお客様から「よかったね〜体調良くなったんですね〜」など言われると嬉しくて、、、

シフトの調節なんかも社員の方やパートさん同士でフォローし合っている、そんな繋がりを大切にしている風土が居心地が良くて楽しく働けています。

入社のきっかけ…

元々ガヤガヤしている場所が苦手なので落ち着いてそうな職場を探してました。やったことのないクリーニングの店舗スタッフでしたが家から通いやすいのと落ち着いていそうだな思い応募しました。実際、接客メインではあるけれどうらでタグ付をしたり、細かい作業などもあるのでそのメリハリが自分にはあっていたのかなと感じました

なぜ続ける続いているのか…?

未経験の中で入社してから最初は服の種類などを覚えることが大変でしたが、先輩のパートさんが一から丁寧に優しく教えてくれたので、仕事を覚える事が楽しくなり、どんどん楽しくなりました。気づいたら一年経ってましたお店が落ち着いている時間にはパートさんと会話もよくします。「食事とかちゃんと食べてる?栄養大丈夫〜?」なんてよく食事面ではアドバイスもらってます。年末の繁忙期の時は比較的多くシフトに入ってたので知らないうちに常連さんが覚えてくれて「いつも頑張っているね、ありがとう」と言われた時は嬉しかったです

クリーニング店舗での受付をお願いします接客は受け渡しの数分だけ。混んでいる時や分からないことが出てきた時にも安心して働いていただけます♪お客様も交えて、世間話をしながら楽しく働ける楽しい仕事です。

最初はしっかりお仕事を覚えていただくため2人体制で仕事をしていただきます先輩スタッフがお客様になり、新人さんがレジ打ちをするロールプレイング研修なども用意しています。ゆっくり自分のペースで仕事を覚えてもらって問題ありません

給与:

時給1,150円~

※研修期間(2ヶ月)も給与の変動なし※交通費支給あり(規定あり)
