【仕事内容】
大手ゼネコンや建設会社などから依頼を受け、工事をサポートする私たち。あなたには、建築・土木・空調衛生・電気などいずれかのジャンルのプロジェクトで、各種サポート・事務作業をお任せします。
"施工管理"とは、計画通りに工事を進められるよう管理する仕事。具体的には、「現場で働く職人さんたちが安全に働けるように管理サポートする」「決められた材料や作り方で工事が進められているか、建物の品質を管理する」などの業務があります。
Q.具体的な仕事内容は?
・建物の写真撮影、撮影した写真や書類の整理・ファイリング
・プロジェクト先の安全確認
・協力会社スタッフへの業務連絡、簡単なスケジュール管理
・協力会社スタッフとの作業計画の共有、進行状況の記録など
- 専門スキルも磨けます
データ入力や電話対応にとどまらず、ご希望に応じて建設業界ならではの専門的なスキルを磨くことも可能。例えば、CADというソフトを使って図面をかいたり、工事の作業計画を立てたり、人員計画の作成や調整をしたり…。ゆくゆくは国家資格の取得も目指していただきます。
プロジェクト先に配属後も、積極的に連絡を取り合うことを心掛けており、気になることがあれば、随時相談可能です。また、定期的に社員同士の交流の場を設けています

普通自動車免許
【募集背景】
毎月2名程度の採用を想定しております。
最終的には10名以上の増員を計画しております。
