国際本部財務担当は、
海外グループ
会社の財務状況の健全性を保ちつつ、成長戦略をサポートする役割を果たしています。
将来的に米国エリアでの輸液製造販売を視野に入れており、事業拡大に合わせ組織改革に取り組む一環として、財務機能の拡充を進めています。
今回は機能強化のための

■ポジションについて
アジア・アラブエリア13拠点の海外子会社と国内経営ボードの情報ハブとして、各社ニーズに即した財務戦略を策定・実行し、投資プロジェクトのサポートや子会社の業績管理・分析とレポーティングをお任せします。
■業務内容
子会社の財務戦略の立案と実行
長期的な財務計画の策定とその実行管理
- 資金調達戦略の立案と実行(借入、増資 等)
為替リスクおよびその他の財務リスク管理
投資プロジェクトのサポート
投資プロジェクトの財務評価とリスク分析
- プロジェクトの進行状況のモニタリングと評価
- 企業価値評価
財務デューデリジェンスと買収判断のサポート
子会社の業績管理・分析とレポーティング
各子会社の収益性分析・財務分析と課題の抽出
- 経営層への定期的な経営・財務報告と改善提言
- 各子会社への予算達成状況のモニタリングとフィードバック
- 各子会社の業績改善のためのアドバイスおよびサポートの提供
- 各子会社の予算編成プロセスのリード
