実働時間:1日あたり8時間
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日 〜 26日
7:00~18:00(現場9:00~17:00)
休日休暇
月5~7日(基本日曜休み)

給与詳細
※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額
基本給:月給 35万円 〜
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり10万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり0時間0分 〜 40時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
【一律手当】
全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり
1ヶ月あたり1万5000円
全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
※頑張り次第で随時昇給あり
固定残業代を付けていますが、基本現場までの移動時間を含めると時間外が発生するので採用しており、通常労働的な残業は基本的にありません。
