Key skills and experience requirements:

·Backgrounds with Risk Management, Compliance, Finance or IT 3+ years of experience in managing risk in the divisions mentioned.

·Knowledge of any one of the mentioned ISG businesses and their products.

·Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Japanese with the ability to create quality written procedures that are clear and comprehensive.

·Strong analytic and problem solving/process improvement skills; ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems

·Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.

·Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities.

·General awareness of system design and backend interaction.

Skills Desired:

·Strong Excel skills; coding capabilities (Macro's, VBA etc.) is advantageous.

·Additional language advantageous e.g. Mandarin

·General interest/awareness of regulations and the banking governing bodies.
