Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Ensure all project objectives and deliverables are met. - Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks. - Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment with project goals. - Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes. - Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on budget performance while manage any necessary adjustments. - Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
Experiences:
- Proven experience in leading Technology workstreams on Site Infrastructure, Network and connectivity, Security, and Service provisioning.
- Coordination of technology solution enablement for operations at customer/partner site.
- Leading team in defining SLA/SLOs.
