仕事内容:

人材ニーズのある企業に対して、当社の短期派遣サービス(スキマバイト)の提案営業をしていただきます。

また、インサイドセールス課がWEB商談にて一次対応をするため、提案営業はよりニーズの高い企業に対して商談をします。事業計画や業務計画を詳細にヒアリングし、その計画が実現できるよう、人材について「必要な時」「必要な時期」に「必要な人材要件(スキル・経験)」「人数」を提案します。

また、フィールドディレクターを活用した就業後のサポートやスタッフさんの業務フォローまでトータル設計・提案することもあります。

人材手配の実現には、登録スタッフさんが「働きたい」と思えるお仕事にすることも大切です。

コーディネーターちゃフィールドディレクターと連携して人材の手配を可能にすることも必要とされます。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,620は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥30,620(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・月収282,520円 / 入社1~2年目 一般営業職

∟基本給245,000円+残業37,520円

・月収345,920円 / 入社3~5年目 営業リーダー

∟300,000円+残業45,920円

・月収455,480円/入社7年目 支店長/マネージャー

∟基本給340,500円+残業60,480円

賞与:年4回(2月・5月・8月・11月)

就活に直結する「業界理解」をテーマに、以下の2部構成で実施します。

人材業界と一口に言っても、転職・新卒・アルバイト・派遣など幅広い領域があります。

「誰に(who)」「どんな価値を(what)」「どのように提供しているか(how)」の3つの視点から、人材業界全体像を解説。違いや特徴を理解することで、今後の業界研究の基礎が身につきます。

当社エントリーについて、事業内容や成長の背景、社風や働き方などをお伝えします。質疑応答の時間も設けますので、気になることはぜひ直接ご質問ください
