. Conduct physical chemistry projects in close relation with formulators for different cosmetic applications.

. Coordinate the management of cross-disciplinary research projects globally.

. Help strategize and manage research programs.

. Ph.D. in material chemistry.

. Extensive experience in inorganic polymer and hybrid material research. For example silicate, silicone materials, coordination polymer or/and their organic hybrids in the fields of biomedical, coating or optical application.

. Worked and excelled in the chemical/biomedical industry or academia focused on applying material science preferably NOT in the cosmetic field.

. Flexibility and ambition to expand the scientific capabilities beyond their backgrounds.

. Able to view macro view of ongoing event while possessing scientific intuition to capture critical experimental details.

. Native level in Japanese with business level in English
