・労務管理に関する各種書類作成や社内対応
・将来的には出納や経費処理など経理業務のサポートもお任せします

同社は1994年に東レエンジニアリング(株)の全額出資により、設立されたエンジニアリング会社です。事業としては、エンジニアリング事業とメンテナンス事業の2つを展開しております。エンジニアリング事業は化学プラントをはじめとする各種プラント設備や自動車産業をはじめとする各種産業用機械の設計・製作・施工を行っております。メンテナンス事業は静機器診断、回転機診断、材料評価、損傷解析に基づく保全業務を行っております。
今回配属となるエンジニアリング事業では、140名程の社員が在籍しており、顧客や対象設備に応じてプラント事業部・施設事業部・産機事業部の3つに分かれており、今回はプラント事業部の募集となります。プラント事業部は60名程在籍しており、3つの拠点に分かれます。

・給与計算(年調含む)、社会・労働保険手続きを独力で実施できる(経験10年程度)
・Excel関数(VLOOKUP、IF等)を用いた資料作成スキル
