【募集背景】

この度、受注増につき本社での建築積算・購買事務スタッフを募集します。

【仕事内容】

当社が施工するマンション・商業施設・工場などの新築・改修工事における積算・購買(資材調達・協力会社との交渉)業務

建築部門において以下の業務を担当していただきます。

・設計書、仕様書等からの材料拾い出し

・仕入れ業者(メーカー・代理店)の選定と価格交渉

・調達資材の発注業務、現場への乗り込み時期、材料納期の確認、各種折衝業務

・社内システムへの入力

・見積書、請求書処理

・その他業者対応の事務業務

<必須条件>

◎PCを用いた事務経験

└Word:文書作成ができるレベル

└Excel:表作成や計算ができるレベル

<歓迎条件>

建設業界における事務経験(積算や購買業務)

勤務時間・曜日:

フルタイムご希望の方:8:00~17:00(休憩1時間)

パートタイムご希望の方:9:00~16:00(休憩1時間)※応相談

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝)

年間休日120日以上

<休暇制度>

・年末年始休暇

・有給休暇(1時間単位で申請可能)

勤務地:

屋内禁煙、屋外に喫煙所あり

アクセス:

三島駅北口より徒歩2分

<ご通勤に関して>

・通勤交通費規程支給

・自転車通勤(片道1.5km以上)の場合、月1万円の通勤手当を支給します

・車通勤応相談

※公共交通機関での通勤可否、お子様の送迎等ご事情により判断します

・バイク通勤は不可

給与:

時給 ¥1,100 〜

その他インフレ手当、通勤手当支給
