Advisor, Asset Recovery Services (ARS) Program Management 

製品回収・リサイクルプログラムの開発、戦略的計画、財務・運用目標の達成、および顧客へのコミットメントの確実な遂行を担うポジションです。
弊社が提供する Asset Recovery Services(ARS) の成長機会を特定し、ARSの専門家として現行および将来の顧客に対して新しい機会を積極的に発見します。
また、生産者責任(Producer Responsibility)機能の開発・管理、法令遵守の確実な遂行を通じて、地域の法律に基づく要件の履行と適時の申告を実現します。
プロジェクトやプログラムを開始から納品まで管理し、クロスファンクショナルチームを調整して、期限内かつ予算内で完了させることが求められます。

Principal Accountabilities:

  • サービス/プロジェクト成果物の展開・実行、および顧客満足度の達成に責任を持つ。
  • Dell社内の営業、サービス、財務、経営陣、ソリューションデザインセンター、パートナー管理、グローバルTake Backチームと連携し、業界におけるDellの資産回収サービスのリーダーシップを維持・促進。
  • ARSのバックログ、収益、運用の卓越性を企業目標に沿って管理。
  • ARSスコアカードおよび運用ダッシュボードを管理。
  • 環境パートナーの戦略的・運用的有効性達成を指揮。
  • 戦略的顧客との長期的な関係を構築。
  • グローバルARSプログラムやイニシアチブのローカル展開準備を支援。
  • 大規模かつ複雑なカスタムプロジェクトの適切な納品プロセスをサポート。
  • ARS運用ツールおよびARS財務報告を支援。
  • グローバル生産者責任、政府渉外、広報、財務、サステナビリティ、経営陣、グローバルTake Backチームと連携し、Dellの法的義務を維持・促進。
  • 法令要件に関する戦略立案と計画(報告、行政対応)。

Service

  • 契約仕様に沿ったサービス提供を確実に実施。
  • サービスレベル契約に基づき、提供コストを契約コスト以内またはそれ以下に維持。
  • エスカレーション対応および納品・顧客満足度の責任者としての役割。
  • 法令遵守100%を確保し、適の報告・申告・支払いを実施。
  • コンプライアンスコストの最適化を推進(コストモデル/予測)。
  • コンプライアンスに関するリスク評価、リスク管理、サステナビリティ報告を担当。
  • コンプライアンス要件を契約/合意書/SOWに組み込む。
  • リサイクルプログラムのロードマップを計画・実行。
  • プログラムやイベントの制作要素を積極的かつ創造的に推進。
  • 消費者向けリサイクル拡張計画、パートナー定義、外部Webサイト改修、環境パートナーとのプロセスを管理。

Relationship Focus

  • ARS提供およびベストプクティスの専門家として活動し、提供管理プロセスとポリシーの定義・遵守を主導。
  • プロジェクト目標や進行中の課題に基づき、プロジェクトのタイムフレームと優先順位を設定。
  • 必要に応じて指導や技術的助言を提供し、積極的に関与。
  • クロスファンクショナルなパートナーシップを構築し、ビジネス機会を特定。
  • 財務・予算の完全な責任を持ち、新たな効率性を達成。
  • 社内広報チームを通じた内部コミュニケーション/マーケティング戦略を実施。
  • プログラムやイベントの指標を実装し、将来の改善を分析。
  • 将来のプログラムやイベントのための運用マニュアルを作成。
  • Dellの消費者プログラムにおける運用および報告のコンプライアンスを確保。
