【この募集について】

平松食品は、創業100年を超える老舗佃煮メーカーです。

その直営店「美食倶楽部本店」は、地元のお客様に長く愛される専門店として安定した売上を伸ばしています。

現在、店舗の業績好調に伴い、

「現場を理解し、スタッフをまとめられる方」を店長候補としてお迎えしたいと考えています。

年齢よりも、

接客の経験・現場での気配り・リーダー経験を重視した採用です。

  • 【お任せする仕事】

    まずは店舗の現場業務からスタートし、

    徐々に「お店をまとめる役割」を担っていただきます。

主な業務

・接客・販売

・ギフト包装、品出し、レジ対応

・商品の管理、発注

・スタッフへの声かけ・フォロー

・シフト調整

・売場づくり、売上管理

パート・アルバイトの教育やシフト調整、

お客様対応をしてきた方なら、すぐに馴染める内容です。

    9:00 朝礼・開店準備

    9:30 接客・品出し・出荷対応

    12:00 休憩

    13:00 接客・電話対応

    18:00 締め作業・退勤

※土日は8:00〜17:00

※12月は繁忙期のため残業あり

【必須】

・接客・販売・サービス業での実務経験(業界不問)

【歓迎】

・パート・アルバイトのリーダー、まとめ役をしていた方

・シフト作成やスタッフ教育、クレーム対応の経験がある方

・50代からでも安定した正社員として働きたい方

※ブランクがある方も歓迎します

※店長・副店長経験者は優遇します

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

シフト制(実働8時間)

平日:9:00〜18:00

土日祝:8:00〜17:00

催事などにも他のスタッフと共に、行って頂く可能性があります。

基本給:月給 24万円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし
