補聴器のコーディネーター【千葉店】年間休日125日以上実働7時間未経験者歓迎

仕事内容


〈仕事内容〉

店舗や病院内で、ドクター連携のもとお客様へ補聴器のコーディネートを行うお仕事です。具体的には、補聴器の選定・試聴・販売・アフターケアをします。お客様は主に70歳以上のご高齢の方が多く、お気持ちに寄り添い、日常をより快適に送れるようサポートいただきます。

※病院は、連携している医療機関様になります。耳鼻咽喉科のドクターからご紹介いただいた患者様に補聴器をコーディネートし、ドクターへご報告や情報提供を行います。

※個人宅への訪問はございません。

お客様に適切に補聴器をお使いいただく為に、全国で1800の大学病院や耳鼻咽喉科等と連携し、お客様のサポートをしています。

補聴器で満足な聞こえを得るためには製品だけではなく、販売時のサービスやアフターフォローがとても重要だと考えております。

難聴の専門家である耳鼻咽喉科との連携と、患者様の気持ちに寄り添えるスタッフの存在が大切です。

補聴器との出会いによって、自宅にこもりがちだった方が、積極的に外に出られるようになったり、仕事を再開できたり、生活に嬉しい変化があったとの声もお聞きできます。

勤務時間


固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

09:00 ~ 17:00

土曜店舗出勤シフトあり(振替休日)

夏季休暇9日間、年末年始休暇7~9日間(平日は特別休暇与)

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 250000円 ~ 350000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:69,626円~97,481円

みなし残業時間:42.00時間

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。
