About The Job
We seek a motivated Inside Sales Representative/SDR to expand our customer base. Responsibilities include generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target Market: Korea, Japan, ANZ, Hong Kong, Taiwan
- Lead Generation: Collaborate to qualify and pass leads for accounts through various channels.
- Close SME Accounts: Research potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals.
- Utilize CRM tools for tracking leads and interactions.
- Relationship Building: Engage with prospects to present tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
About You
If you are an organised, self-driven Inside Sales professional with bilingual skills in English and Korean/Japanese, we are interested in hearing from you.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a Technology company.
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in B2B sales to SMEs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software & sales processes.
