<仕事内容>

多能工の仕事とは、現場の清掃片付け・養生・資材移動・職人さんの手元作業と

多種多様なニーズに答える仕事です。

・難しい道具や技術が必要な仕事ではないので、

稼働2~3日で慣れてくるスタッフも多いですよ

・道具の使い方や、現場アルアルなどしっかり教えるので安心して下さい

・現場へは直行直帰OK

<業務量は安定>

規模の大小を問わず、560社以上の企業と取引があるので、

業務量は安定しています。

・「働きたいけど案件が無くて・・・」ということはありません

長い目線で安定して働いていくことができます。

・現場が終わったら次の現場へ人間関係も煩わしくありません

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

・8:00~17:00

・週5日~勤務OK

※残業発生の確率は5%

※もちろん「長期在籍」も大歓迎

<作業の流れ>

⑴準備…現場到着後、当⽇の作業内容の説明を受けて作業開始

⑵作業…養⽣などで作業しやすい現場作りをしていきます。

⑶休憩…10時〜、12時〜、15時〜に休憩があります。

※作業進捗により時間が前後することもあります。

⑷⽚付け…最後に資材の⽚付けや移動、清掃をして終わりです。
