【児童発達支援施設ぷっときっずにて】

2歳〜6歳までの未就学児のお子さまへの療育(保育)業務やトレーニングをお任せします

<具体的には>

・朝の会や帰りの会

・集団遊びの進行役

・タブレット等による個別学習

・トイレトレーニング

・食事のサポート等

<給与>

◎年収400万円以上可

実務経験5年以上の⽅は⽉給28万円~

実務経験5年未満の⽅も応相談

※賞与(年2回)支給あり

児童発達支援ぷっときっずの紹介

ぷっときっずは早期療育で⼦供の可能性を広げることを⽬標とした児童発達⽀援事業所です♪

療育を通して 「 ⾃分でできた 」 という成功体験を積み重ねることで 、 お⼦様の⾃⼰肯定感へと繋が り 、 将来への可能性を最⼤限に広げていきます

⾔語聴覚⼠ 、 福祉経験のある児童指導員 、 保育⼠が常駐しており 、 個別療育と集団療育の2つの視点 からお⼦様に寄り添う⽀援を⾏っております◎

保育・療育に適した事業所環境

とても広い事業所で用途(集団遊び、個別言語療育、

食事・おやつ、お昼寝等)によってスペースを区切っているので、

保育、療育をしやすい環境が整っています。

児童関連施設での経験もしっかり活かせる

散歩をしたり食事をとったり絵本よんだりと、基本的な業務は保育園等と変わりません

保育園だけでなく、幼稚園や小学校等でのご経験を活かしていただける環境です。

⼊社時からしっかりサポートさせて頂いており 、 現在は未経験〜ベテランさんまで皆さん活躍さ れています

⾔語聴覚⼠などの専⾨資格を持ったスタッフも常駐しているので 、 いつでも助け合える環境です♪

業種未経験者も⼤歓迎です

保育園や幼稚園、小学校、放課後児童クラブ等の児童関連施設での経験はあるけど児童発達 ⽀援は未経験なので⼼配 、、、

療育経験豊富なスタッフも在籍しているので、言語分野の知識を学びたい方も大歓迎です♪

■必須条件

・児童指導員任用資格をお持ちの方

下記いずれかの資格・ご経験がある方、児童指導員としてご勤務可能 です♪

・ 幼稚園教諭

・ ⼩学校教諭

・ 中学校教諭

・ ⾼校教諭

・4年制大学の社会福祉学科、心理学科、教育学科、社会学科をご卒業 された方

・児童発達支援施設等で2年(場合によっては3年)以上の勤務経験を 有する方

※幼稚園、小学校、放課後児童クラブ等、児童関連施設で5年以上の実務経験がある方

※未経験の⽅も歓迎しています

※先輩スタッフがしっかりサポートいたします♪

放課後等デイサービスの実務経験のある⽅

児童関連施設 、 学童保育で働いたことのある⽅

⾃動⾞運転免許を保有し 、 運転できる⽅ ( 送迎業務があるため )

※運転免許証を保有されていない⽅からのご応募も歓迎しています ♪

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間/ 実働8時間)

※職員間で交代で休憩をとるので、1時間しっかり休憩をとれます

※残業ほぼありませんライフワークバランスを重視したい人に

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制

(日曜固定+月~土曜いずれか1日休み)

※希望シフト制(土・祝も可)
