【業務内容】
看護・介護スタッフと連携し、入居者さまの身体機能を維持・改善するリハビリを行います。医師の指示のもと、個別機能訓練の実施や記録、介助方法の助言などを担当。医療依存度の高い方への対応もあり、幅広い知識を活かせる環境です。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:30 出勤・申し送り
9:00 身体評価・訓練プラン確認
10:00 個別リハビリ実施
12:00 昼休憩
13:00 午後リハ・スタッフ指導
15:30 記録・カンファレンス
17:00 退勤

【月給】24万円-25万円-《内訳》 基本給:21万円-22万円-資格手当:3万円-【昇給】1月あたり800円-(前年度実績) 【賞与】年2回 計40万円-(前年度実績)
