急成長中の不動産ビッグデータ提供プロダクトのエンタープライズセールスとして、
大企業顧客への新規開拓営業をお任せします。市場の成長とプロダクトの進化に伴い、
顧客への提案価値は日々向上しており、更なる事業拡大を牽引する中核メンバーとして
活躍していただきます。
具体的には、大企業顧客へのニーズヒアリング、課題発見、ソリューション提案、
価格交渉、契約締結までの一連の営業活動を担当し、顧客との長期的な関係構築を
目指します。将来的には、エンタープライズセールスチームのマネージャーとして
メンバー育成やマネジメントにも携わっていただくことを期待しています。
【具体的には】
・ 不動産ビッグデータ提供プロダクトの大企業向け新規顧客開拓
・ 顧客の課題ヒアリング、ニーズ分析に基づく提案活動
・ 提案資料作成、プレゼンテーション、契約交渉
・ 既存顧客とのリレーション構築、深耕営業によるアップセル・クロスセル
・ 営業戦略の立案・実行、KPI管理による売上最大化
・ 市場動向調査、競合分析に基づく営業活動の改善
【求める人材】
・ 法人営業経験5年以上の方
・ 無形商材の営業経験
・ 大企業顧客の新規開拓経験、または既存顧客(規模問わず)と中長期的なリレーション構築経験
・ 経営層や部門責任者に対するプレゼンテーション経験

【給与】
