業務内容

客室管理における日々の業務やタスクを把握・調整し、毎日の業務が滞りなく進むようチームのリーダー役を担う。

・日々のチェックイン・アウト状況、VIPゲスト対応に関する準備

・客室および公共エリアの清掃状況確認

・フロアエージェントへの業務指示、トレーニング実施

・他部署とスムーズなやりとりを率先して担う

・在庫管理、発注作業、貸出アイテムの管理など

必須条件

・ホテル客室管理のご経験

・ホテルシステムや清掃管理システムを使ったデータ入力・管理などのご経験

歓迎条件

・チームをまとめるポジションでのご経験
