コールセンターの運営を支える

「事務・管理業務」をお任せします。

電話対応そのものよりも、

裏方でのサポートがメインです

具体的な業務

(1)スタッフ管理

・オペレーターのシフト作成・管理

・面接対応、入社時研修の実施

(2)資料・マニュアル作成

・業務マニュアルの更新・作成

・広島市へ提出する報告書の作成

報告書作成って難しそう?

いいえ、ご安心ください

「どんな問い合わせが多かったか」

「相談内容のまとめ」などを

決まったフォーマットに入力するだけ。

イチから文章を作るわけではないので

PC入力ができれば問題ありません◎

9:00〜18:00 (休憩時間:60分)

残業なし

休暇・休日:

4週8休のシフト制

基本的には**「土日がお休み」です

※月末月初のみ、報告書作成等で

土日出勤をお願いする場合あり。

※希望休の相談も可能です

広島市内
