仕事内容


スマホやその他通信機器のもしもに備える少額短期保険に関するおしごと(*'')

【主な業務内容】

・WEBからの申込み内容に関する審査(内容確認・不備解消など)

具体的には..壊れたスマホの画像をもとに、保証対象となるか審査をおこないます

・申込みに関する問合わせ対応(電話、チャット)

*研修があるので、未経験の方も大丈夫

保険に関する経験をお持ちの方は歓迎です
