■お仕事内容
工場で自動車を効率よく生産するために、作業しやすい配置や人員計画を考えるお仕事です。
具体的には…
新しい工場や新車種の生産に向けて、工場内の配置や作業体制を計画します。
部品や設備の必要量を確認し、効率よく作業できるようにレイアウトを設計します。
さらに、人員や機材の数を見積もり、シミュレーション(CAD)で問題がないか確認しながら調整していきます。
主に使うのはExcelとIJCAD(AutoCADと操作が似ているもの)です。

この仕事の魅力は、工場の仕組みをゼロから考え、形にしていくところです。
絶対の正解はないので、どうすればより効率よくできるかを試行錯誤する過程はとても面白いです。
チームで検討を重ねながら設計したものが、実際に工場で動き出す瞬間は大きな達成感があります。
ものづくりの現場を支える重要な役割を担えることも、この仕事ならではのやりがいです。

PCの基本操作ができる方
経験不問
社内外でのコミュニケーションスキルに問題のない方

集中して細かい作業を継続できる方
■研修の内容
Excelの関数やCADの使い方から、丁寧に研修を行っていきます。
研修期間は約5~6か月です。
新人マニュアルも整備されており、未経験の方でも習得できる環境なので
安心して業務を行うことができます。
