求人内容
Industries & Environmentにおける営業のお仕事です。部署名が表す通り、産業・環境関連向けの検査・認証を提供しております。産業分野は重工業やプラント関連企業がメインのお客様であり、調達する機器や材料が規格・要求事項に沿って製作・検査されているかを顧客企業に代わって検査するというサービスを主な収益源としています。環境分野は様々な場所の空気・水・土壌や作業環境の調査・検査に加え、昨年外航船向けのバラスト水検査とアスベスト検査を立上げ、その規模を拡大中です。受注量は一定程度確保できていますが、業界の景気動向や部門業績に左右されることが多く、安定的な受注の確保及び規模拡大を目指し新規事業による収益源拡大に注力しています。
■担当して頂きたいお仕事
・新規顧客営業
既存のプロダクト及びサービスをこれまでお付き合いのなかったお客様へ提案・採用頂く事及び既存のお客様にご利用頂いていなかったサービスを提案する活動です。
・既存顧客営業
一部の既存顧客を引き継いで担当頂きます。既存業務を理解頂く事を目的としています。
・セミナー・展示会の企画、運営
既存プロダクトが主ですが海外で開始されたプロダクト等の外部宣伝活動です。ZOOMを活用したオンラインセミナーが主ですが機会があれば展示会への参加も行います。
■入社後のサポート
最初は事業部の業務内容や社内組織を理解頂くために既存ビジネスの営業、コーディネーション、現場検査等を経験頂く事を考えております。これらの作業・経験通じSGSや会社を理解し新たなアイデアが生まれてくることを期待しています。入社直後は何かと不安な事が多いと思いますが、早く会社に慣れて実力を発揮できるよう営業、コーディネーション、Director、人事チームでサポートしていきます。

国内外における代行検査、第三者検査、工程納期管理、製造モニタリング、QC・QA専門技術者派遣、常駐検査員派遣
サプライヤー調査・評価、プロジェクトスタッフ派遣(品質管理技術者、サポートスタッフ)
【圧力機器・ボイラーに関する各国法令に基づく検査・認証】
EU(PED)、マレーシア(DOSH)、シンガポール(MOM)、インド(IBR)、オーストラリア(AS)、ニュージーランド(OSH)、韓国(KOSHA)、日本(韓国、中国から出荷される第1種・第2種圧力容器)
【非破壊検査(NDT)・塗装検査】
洋上風力発電、産業機械、圧力機器、プラント設備、重電機器、鉄鋼、タンク、土木・建築構造物等
【船積検査】
工場・港湾において輸出入品の確認検査、証明書発行
【人材紹介、人材派遣サービス】
高度専門職エンジニア、安全管理、オペレーター人材紹介及び派遣(国内外の洋上風力発電、陸上風力発電、太陽光発電、データセンターなど)
【BIM/CIM 構築】
3Dレーザー測量、3Dモデリング、設備監視、資産管理、環境監視、非破壊検査、輸出入前後における寸法確認

■組織構成
Industries and Environmentは2025年12月現在で13名のメンバーが在籍しています。セールス、テクニカル、コーディネーターが協力してお客様のプロジェクトをサポートしております。経験豊富なメンバーが在籍し、あなたの成長をサポートします。
最近入社した方はB to Bのセールス経験はあるもののSGSのような検査・試験・認証業界は未経験の20代の方でしたが新規事業開発において尽力し結果を伴う形で明らかな成長が見られます。研修期間中は経験豊富な先輩社員とチームになり、業務のノウハウや成功事例をしっかりお伝えし一体となって支えて行きます。新しいチャレンジについては高く評価します。業界未経験の方でも安心してご応募ください。
■就業環境
テレワークと出社を組み合わせた就業形態となります。国内出張はお客様の訪問や提供サービスの進捗に合わせ月1~2回ございます。海外出張は現在Teams等を活用している為、現時点ではあまり想定はしておりません。お客様と同行・視察、社内外関係者との面会で海外出張が必要になる場合があります。頻度は少なく年1~2回程度の想定です。残業は月30~40時間を想定しております。

【勤務条件】
想定年収:560~900万円
※ボーナス、月30時間分の定額残業手当込
月収内訳:37万(基本30万+定額残業7万)~61万(基本50万+定額残業11万)
ボーナス:年1回3月(業績による)
給与改定:年1回4月
試用期間:3ヶ月
各種手当:通勤手当、残業手当(30時間の定額残業超過分は1分単位で別途支給いたします)
BYOD手当(ご自身のスマートフォンにIP電話アプリをインストールし、業務で使用して頂く為、毎月3,000円を支給。通話量は全額会社負担。業務で使用するPCは会社支給いたします。)
就業時間:9:00~17:00(1日7時間) 休憩12:00-13:00
※フレックス制度有(コアタイム11:00~15:00)

休日休暇:完全週休二日制(年間休日約120日)
