同社の茨城工場(茨城県常総市)の工場長候補としての統括管理業務をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・住宅基礎鉄筋の切断・曲げ・溶接・組立・組合せ・出荷等の工場内施術作業全般

・生産管理/設備管理等

・人事労務管理

【同社について】

住宅基礎鉄筋を製造しており、ユニット式基礎鉄筋の製造をメインに行っております。9割以上が完全受注生産で行っています。現場に合わせて1棟ごとにユニット鉄筋の割付、部材、部品等をスピーディーに拾い出し、高性能の設備を使ってオーダーに合わせ、ユニットを組み立てていきます。お客様のニーズにお応えするための品質向上を目指し、 新製品・新技術の開発、建築センター評定取得、ISO9001認証取得等、ユニット鉄筋のトップランナーを目指しています。

また基礎用関連部材の販売、基礎施工、そのほか温泉事業として『きぬの湯』を運営しています。

<特徴>

・大型ロットにも対応できる設備を有し、通常受注から1週間程度かかる納期も高性能の設備(溶接機やベンダーマシン)でわずか1~3日に短縮して、高品質・短納期でコストダウンが図れる製品を提供しているので大手取引先との力強い販路が確立されています。

・ISO9001の認証取得工場ですので5S(整理・整頓・清潔・清掃・躾)が常に守られた環境下で、1日も欠かすことのなく行っている引張強度試験で品質管理も徹底を図っています。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

■製造業での勤務経験をお持ちの方

■50名以上のマネジメント経験がある方(役職問わず)

【歓迎要件】

■工場でのマネジメント経験ある方歓迎

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 800 万円

賞与:勤続1年経過後より支給 前年度支給実績2.00ヶ月分

※処遇はご経験やスキルなどに応じて決定します

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
