管理部長候補

【仕事内容】

~管理部の部長候補として、各課の業務進捗の確認や役員対応・親会社対応等をお任せします。~

【具体的には】

  • 役員対応

・経営層から依頼の資料の作成(市況、、分析、業界動向、予実管理等)

・決算の業務見通しに関する資料作成・経営層へのレポート、説明

・役員会・取締役会向けの資料取りまとめ、論点精査

・コンプライアンス・内部統制に関する課題対応・再発防止対策の改善・企画検討

・人事制度・評価制度・報酬制度の見直し・検討

  • 親会社対応

・月次・四半期業績報告資料の作成・説明

・親会社からの照会事項への対応、社内調整

・親会社の方針に基づく規程改訂や運用ルールの整備

・各種監査対応(内部監査)資料準備

  • 各課対応・マネジメント業務

・各課対応 ・各課長との定例的なコミュニケーションを通じた業務進捗の把握、課題抽出、改善指示

・複数部門にまたがる課題(人員配置、業務負荷、内部統制等)の調整

・意思決定支援

・管理部門全体の業務標準化、ルール整備、業務効率化の企画・推進

【年収・給与】

650万円 ~ 800万円

通勤手当:実費支給(上限なし)

家族手当:配偶者18,500円、子供一人目12,000円など
