【仕事内容】

アプリグループのテックリードとして、iOSおよびAndroidエンジニアメンバーのポテンシャルを引き出し開発生産性を最大化することで、ビジョンを実現できる開発チームをリードしていただきます。

◆具体的な業務内容

・当社のiOSまたはAndroid向けアプリの設計および開発リード(ご経験や適性を伺いながらどの役割を担っていただくか決定いたします)

※フルスタック志向の方は両方の開発に携わっていただくことも可能です

・アーキテクチャやライブラリ等の技術選定

・既存設計のリファクタリング・改善のリード

・各種コードレビューやテストコードによる内部品質の向上

・開発チーム(組織・技術・プロダクト)の課題解決・施策実行

・チームメンバーのピープルマネジメント

・エンジニア採用への貢献

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・SwiftもしくはKotlin言語でのネイティブアプリケーション開発経験

・アプリ開発におけるプロジェクトや組織などのリード経験(1年以上)

・アプリ開発におけるいずれかの言語での開発経験(3年以上)

■求めるマインド【必須】
