Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Specialist - Attendance, Payroll to join our team in Kawasaki.
In this on-site role, you will oversee and manage employee attendance and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining attendance records, processing payroll accurately and promptly, and ensuring employee benefit programs are administered effectively. Additionally, you will support HR initiatives related to personnel management and contribute to the development and enforcement of HR policies.
Qualifications
Familiarity with Japanese labor regulations and HR Policies, ensuring adherence to compliance and standards.
Prior 5 or more years of experience in attendance and payroll processes at a Japanese entity.

- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

Native or fluent Japanese skills (Minimum N1 required)
A valid residence card which is approved to work legally in Japan. (Not applicable for Japanese nationality candidates)
Business English skills will be a plus.
