In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product by driving key decisions through deep data analysis. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business, to solve complex data challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that shape product strategy and drive decision-making
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for various reporting and analysis needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence(BI) Engineer, with a strong focus on data analysis and reporting
- Expertise in SQL and familiarity with data collection, cleansing, and modeling techniques
- Experience with Data Analysis using Python
- Proven track record in developing insightful reports and visualizations that drive business decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges
- Business level English and Business level Japanese (including reading and writing)
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or Apache Superset
- Experience with Athena, RDS or other technologies listed below
- Native level Japanese proficiency
