Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting.

  • Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes.

  • Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits.

  • Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA.

  • Develop relationships with authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc.

  • Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of Payroll and tax knowledge.

  • Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills.

  • Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities.

  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Experience with inhouse payroll operation.

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Vendor management and project management skills.

  • Experience in Payroll system implementation.

  • Highly proficient and excellent communication skills.
