【仕事内容】

当社のサービス・製品開発部門において、複数の開発プロジェクトをマネジメント・推進するプロジェクトマネージャーの統括としてご活躍いただきます。

大規模・予算感の大きな案件のプロジェクトマネージメント、プロジェクトマネージャーを統括するポジションとしてのマネージメントなどを想定しております。

【具体的には】

・大規模・予算感の大きなサービス開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーとしての業務全般

・プロジェクトの進捗状況、予算の配分、リソースの割り当てと管理

・協力会社を含むプロジェクトメンバーのマネジメント

・プロジェクトマネージャーの統括マネージメント

・プロジェクトマネージメント業務におけるレベル感の底上げ、業務効率化、平準化の推進

・成功事例や失敗事例の分析、経営層へのレポーティングや全社に向けてのナレッジ共有

【技術環境】

・開発言語: Java(Spring、SpringBoot)、C♯、JavaScript(TypeScript、Angular)、HTML5、CSS3(Sass)

・ツール・プラットフォーム: Eclipse、IntelliJ、Visual Studio Code、Docker、Jenkins、CI/CD、Kubernetes、nginx、GitLab

・データベース: Cassandra、Elasticsearch、Redis、CloudSQL

・クラウド: GCP、AWS

・OS: Windows、macOS、Linux、Android、iOS

【求める人材】

・大規模サービス、大規模システムのプロジェクトマネージメント経験(目安5年以上)

・数千万~数億円規模の予算管理経験

・ベンダーマネジメント・ベンダーコントロール、外注管理経験

・WEBシステム、パブリッククラウドサービスに対する理解

・経営層や顧客との折衝経験

【歓迎】

・BtoB SaaSの開発経験

・大規模な開発プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトリーダーやプロジェクトマネージャー経験

・経営視点を持ち、事業戦略と技術戦略の橋渡しができる能力

・PMP資格などプロジェクトマネジメント関連の資格や認定

【給与】

年収800~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
