Roles and Responsibility

当社が提供するサービスの新機能開発や既存機能の改修を中心として、企画・設計・開発・運用などプロダクト開発に必要な全てのフェーズに携わっていただきます。当サービスは企業の「オリジナルPay」をスピーディに構築するためのスマホ決済プラットフォームです。コード決済、取引処理、残高管理やユーザ認証など、決済システムのコア機能をAPIで提供しています。店舗での決済やユーザの資産を扱うシステムのため、セキュリティや処理速度など高い技術力が求められる開発環境です。

  • English here You will be involved in all phases of product development, including planning, design, development, and operation, focusing on the development of new features and the enhancement of existing features for our service. The service is a smartphone payment platform designed to rapidly build a company's "Original Pay." It provides core functions of the payment system through APIs, including code payments, transaction processing, balance management, and user authentication. As a system handling payments at stores and user assets, the development environment demands high technical proficiency, particularly in areas such as security and processing speed.     • Design, development, and operational maintenance of new features and functionality improvements for the service.
    • Documentation creation and review of specifications and design documents.
    • Improvement and technical proposals in the context of feature development.

Minimum Requirements

    • More than two years of experience in web application requirement definition, design, and development.
    • Alignment with the vision and mission of the company (presumably "Incubation").

Preferred Requirements

  • RDBMSやNoSQLを利用したデータモデル設計経験
  • DevOps/ ChatOps や CI/CD の構築・運用経験

Employment system: Full-time

Location: Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

  • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Kojimachi Station" (Exit 2)
  • Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR "Yotsuya Station"
  • Approximately 9 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line/Ginza Line "Akasaka-mitsuke Station" (Exit D)

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 - 7,400,000 JPY *based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade, it will fall under flextime, specialist discretionary labor system, or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.

  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
  • The flextime system does not have a core time.
