【このポジションはどんな仕事?】

次世代のドライバー/乗員モニタリングシステム(DMS/OMS)を対象に、システムレベルのテストおよびバリデーションをリードするエンジニアポジションです。

車内カメラやレーダーを用いたADAS・車室内センシングシステムに対し、

・システム要求を正しく理解し

・抜け漏れのないテスト計画・テストケースを構築し

・HIL/実車環境でのテストを通じて品質と信頼性を担保する

ことがミッションとなります。「テストを実行するだけ」ではなく、テスト設計・環境構築・結果分析・関係者へのフィードバックまでを担う"システムテストの要"として、プロジェクトの品質を下支えする重要な役割です。

【主な業務内容】

◎ テスト戦略・テスト仕様の策定

・システム要求を分析し、システムエンジニアと連携したテスト計画の立案

・カメラ/レーダー機能を含むシステム全体をカバーするテスト設計

・ドライバー監視、疲労検知、乗員分類などの機能に対する再利用性の高いテストケースの作成・管理

・テスト関連ドキュメントのレビューを通じた品質向上

◎ テスト環境構築・テスト実行

・HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop)および実車環境を含むテスト環境の要件整理・構築

・定義された戦略に基づく、手動/自動のシステムテスト実行

・テスト結果、ログ、不具合、性能指標の正確な記録・管理

◎ 分析・レポーティング・関係者連携

・テスト中に発生した問題の一次解析・切り分け

・開発チームが原因特定できるレベルでの情報整理・共有

・OEMとの共同テスト・共同バリデーション対応

・問題点・逸脱事項の整理と、System Validation Leadへの報告

・プロジェクトマイルストーンに沿ったテスト完了の支援

【出張について】

つくば:週1回程度(日帰り)

※一部テストをつくば拠点で実施するため

8:30~17:30(所定労働時間8時間)

休憩時間:60分

【昇給・賞与】

【必須(MUST)】

・自動車業界におけるシステムテストまたはバリデーション経験(目安:3年以上)

・組込みシステム(ソフトウェア/ハードウェア)の基礎知識

・要求分析およびテストケース作成の実務経験

・テスト自動化経験(Python、C++ 等)

・CANoe/CANalyzer 等の車載テストツール使用経験

・CAN、Automotive Ethernet 等の車載通信プロトコル知識

・Automotive SPICE、Vモデルなどの開発プロセス理解

・日本語:ビジネスレベル

・英語:ビジネスレベル

【歓迎(WANT)】

・ADAS、DMS(Driver Monitoring System)、OMS(Occupant Monitoring System)のテスト経験

・カメラ、レーダー、コンピュータビジョン関連システムの検証経験

・FTA、FMEAを用いた原因分析・リスク分析の実務経験

・Gitなどのバージョン管理ツール使用経験

・OEMとの共同テスト・顧客対応経験
