\作業じゃなく、"人と現場"を動かす段取りの仕事です/
マンションや戸建て住宅のリフォーム(屋根・外壁・防水など)に関わる
【施工進行管理】をお任せします。
<主な業務>
- 担当エリア内の現場を巡回(直行直帰OK/社用車貸与)
- 工事の進捗確認、職人さんやお客様とのスケジュール調整
- チャットツールでの支部報告・タブレット操作あり
- 現場ごとの写真・書類管理など(マニュアルあり)
◎ 現在活躍中のスタッフの多くが40代・50代で、

\月給35万円~+手当充実&月2~3回の土日連休も可能/
給与は月給35万円以上スタートで、
歩合や手当も支給。さらに、
月平均2~3回の土日連休の取得実績もあり、

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000 〜 ¥600,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥52,300〜¥95,000(28時間相当分)を含む。28時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
※平均残業時間は25時間/月ほど
※超過分別途支給

※研修期間3ヶ月あり/給与・待遇変更なし
