※現在当事業は拡大期に入っており、今後より価値提供の対象を広げていくために、高品質なコンサルティング業務を実行でき、当事業自体のグロースを牽引する事業開発リーダーとしてもご活躍いただける方を募集しております。
職務内容クライアントの事業課題に対して、データを活用したソリューションの考案、提供を行います。データを活用したビジネス変革やマーケティング戦略などの課題において、組織・業務・人材の領域に至るまで、戦略構築から実行・検証を一気通貫で支援します。対クライアントとしての役割だけではなく、バントナー事業をグロースさせる中核メンバーとして、事業開発(サービス設計・アライアンス・採用等)関与いただくこともあります。
【主な業務内容例】▼クライアントワーク・新規顧客の獲得・マーケティングシステムやセールスTechを活用したデジタル戦略設計・実行支援・顧客(意思決定者クラス)とのコミュニケーション・プロジェクト進行管理、品質管理
▼自社事業開発役割・ソリューション開発や採用戦略・外部パートナーとのアライアンス・事業KPI管理・メンバーマネジメント
