As a Mobile System Engineer, you are responsible for setting up an evaluation environment and testing, debugging, characterizing, and evaluating the performance of low-power DRAM products in order to evaluate the compatibility of low-power DRAM products on mobile systems.
Mobile System Engineerとして、モバイルシステム上で低電力DRAM製品の互換性評価するため、評価環境の立上げ及び低電力DRAM製品のテスト、デバッグ、特性評価及び性能評価を行えるようにする責任があります。
Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc. to evaluate and validate LPDRAM on a mobile system. These products include next-generation LPDRAM and PIM.
- design and develop software for evaluation, verification and analysis.
- Bring up and debugging the evaluation environment and firmware.

Qualification
Required (either Experience Is Acceptable)
- Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
- Experience in software development (Python, C/C++, etc.)
Desired
- Experience with DRAM Experience with protocol analyzers
- Experience working with Unix/Linux terminals
- Experience in system development or evaluation
- Middle-level English language ability
- Japanese language capability
